Level of Skill. The Contractor shall carry out its obligations under the Contract in a timely manner and with reasonable care and skill.

If Consultant should subcontract all or any portion of the services to be performed under this Agreement, Consultant shall require each subcontractor to indemnify, hold harmless and defend City and each of its officers, officials, employees, agents, and volunteers in accordance with the terms of the preceding paragraph. This section shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

SCS shall perform the Services in a workmanlike and professional manner, and with a level of skill, diligence, care and expertise commensurate with that of a skilled consultant in the field of software for support of pharmaceutical services, with expertise in implementation of such software and training in such software.
