Level Three Grievance Procedure. 1. If the grievance is not resolved at Level Two and the employee wishes to pursue it further, he/she may proceed to Level Three. 2. Within ten (10) working days of receipts of the supervisor's Level Two answer, the employee must file a written appeal with the Superintendent. 3. The written appeal must contain a copy of the grievance and the Level Two answer and any other material the employee may wish to submit. 4. The Superintendent shall give the grievant a written answer within ten (10) working days.
