Level Two - Formal. In the event the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition at Level One, or no decision has been rendered within five (5) days after the informal meeting, he/she may inaugurate the formal proceedings. Within five (5) days of the filing of a formal Grievance Report Form at Level Two, the Principal shall meet with the grievant to discuss the issues stated in the grievance. The disposition by the Principal shall be added to the Grievance Report Form in triplicate within ten (10) days after such meeting.

Level Two - Formal.
