Common use of Level Two - Superintendent of Schools Clause in Contracts

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. If an aggrieved person is not satisfied with the decision concerning the alleged grievance at Level One, they may, within seven (7) days after the decision is rendered, or within fourteen (14) days after their formal presentation, file the alleged grievance with the Superintendent.

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. a) If an aggrieved person is not satisfied with the decision concerning disposition of the alleged grievance at Level One, they mayor if no decision has been rendered within ten (10) days after presentation of the grievance in writing, the aggrieved person may file the written grievance with the Association within seven five (75) days after the decision is rendered, at Level One or within fourteen (14) days after their formal presentation, file the alleged grievance with the Superintendent.fifteen
