Common use of Level Two - Superintendent of Schools Clause in Contracts

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. (a) If the aggrieved teacher is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may, within five (5) days after the receipt of the decision, file his/her written grievance with the Superintendent of Schools. (b) The Superintendent shall, within five (5) days after receipt of the grievance meet with the aggrieved teacher and with the representatives of the Association, if the teacher so desires, for the purpose of resolving the grievance. (c) The Superintendent shall, within five (5) days after the hearing, render his/her decision and the reason thereof in writing to the aggrieved teacher, with a copy to the President of the Association.
