Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. a. In the event the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the written disposition of his grievance at Level One, he shall, within five (5) additional days, file the grievance with the Association. b. After receipt of the written alleged grievance, the Association shall decide whether or not there is a legitimate grievance. 1) If the Association decides that no grievance exists, the Association shall so notify the claimant in writing within seven (7) days after receipt of the written alleged grievance. The teacher may continue to process his claim through Level two (2) only, without the Association's support, as follows. i. If the teacher is not satisfied with the disposition of the alleged grievance by the Association as outlined in 1) above, the teacher may file the grievance in writing with the Superintendent of Schools within five (5) days after receipt of written notification from the Association. ii. Within ten (10) days after receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent shall render a decision in writing as to the solution of the grievance. iii. If the teacher is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance by the Superintendent as outlined in ii) above, the teacher may, within five (5) days after receipt of the decision by the Superintendent, submit a written notice of appeal to the Board of Education via the Superintendent. Such appeal shall occur within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notification to the Board. 2) If the Association decides there is a legitimate grievance the Association shall within five (5) days after receipt of the written grievance, file the grievance in writing with the Superintendent. c. Within ten (10) days after filing the grievance in writing with the Superintendent, the Association shall meet with the Superintendent to discuss the grievance. A sincere attempt will be made by both parties to reach an amicable agreement. d. Within ten (10) days after meeting with the Association to discuss the grievance, the Superintendent shall render a decision in writing as to the solution of the grievance.

Within ten (10) days after receipt receiving the formal written grievance, the committee shall provide an opportunity for the aggrieved person to meet with the committee for the purpose of reviewing the grievance, and the Superintendent committee shall render a decision in writing as give to the solution aggrieved person a written opinion regarding the merits of the grievancecase.
iii3. If Within three (3) days after receiving the teacher is not satisfied committee opinion, or within thirteen (13) days after the grievance was filed with the disposition committee, whichever is sooner, the aggrieved person may file a written appeal with the committee for a hearing with the superintendent of schools. Within two (2) days of its receipt, the committee through its chairman shall submit such appeal to the superintendent.
4. The superintendent of schools or his/her representative shall act for the administration at Level Two of the grievance by procedure. Within the Superintendent as outlined in ii) above, the teacher may, within five twenty (5) days after receipt of the decision by the Superintendent, submit a written notice of appeal to the Board of Education via the Superintendent. Such appeal shall occur within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notification to the Board.
2) If the Association decides there is a legitimate grievance the Association shall within five (520) days after receipt of the written grievance, file appeal for a hearing by the grievance in writing with the Superintendent.
c. Within ten (10) days after filing the grievance in writing with the Superintendentsuperintendent, the Association superintendent shall meet with the Superintendent to discuss aggrieved person and with representatives of the committee for the purpose of resolving the grievance. A sincere attempt will full record of such hearings may be made kept by both parties either party. The superintendent shall, within three (3) days of the hearing, render his/her decision and its rationale in writing to reach an amicable agreementthe aggrieved person, with a copy to the committee.
d. Within ten (10) days after 5. Representatives of the association's committee shall have the right to attend and participate in the meeting of the superintendent with the Association to discuss the grievance, the Superintendent shall render a decision in writing as aggrieved person relating to the solution of grievance presented by the grievancesuperintendent.
