Common use of Level Two Clause in Contracts

Level Two. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within 5 (five) days after discussion of the grievance he/she may file the grievance in writing within 10 (ten) days of the Level One response with the superintendent of schools.

Level Two. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition set forth in the written decision of his/her his grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within 5 five (five5) school days after discussion presentation of the grievance grievance, he/she or the Association representative may file the grievance in writing with the Superintendent within 10 five (ten5) school days of after the decision at Level One response with or ten (10) school days after the superintendent grievance was presented, whichever is sooner. The Principal shall also receive a copy of schoolsthis grievance.

Level Two. (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her the grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within 5 seven (five7) days after discussion the presentation of the grievance he/she grievance, it may file be filed, in writing, with the grievance in writing Superintendent of Schools within 10 seven (ten7) days of after the decision at Level One response with the superintendent of schools.or fourteen

Level Two. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her 21 grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within 5 ten (five10) school 22 days after discussion of the grievance was delivered to the Principal/ supervising administrator, 23 he/she may file may, within ten (10) school days after the decision or twenty (20) school 1 days after their grievance was delivered to the Principal/ supervising administrator, 2 whichever is sooner, submit the grievance in writing within 10 (ten) days of to the Level One response with the superintendent of schoolsSuperintendent.

Level Two. (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her his grievance at Level Onelevel one, or if no decision has been rendered within 5 (five) five school days after discussion the presentation of the grievance he/she grievance, he may file a grievance. If the grievance aggrieved person chooses to file a grievance, he must file it in writing simultaneously with the President of the Association and the Building Administrator within 10 (ten) school days of after the Level One response with the superintendent of schools.decision at level one or fifteen

Level Two. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered entered within 5 five (five5) school days after discussion presentation of the grievance grievance, he/she may file refer the grievance in writing within 10 (ten) days of to the Level One response with the superintendent of schoolsSuperintendent.

Level Two. If In the event the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her the grievance at Level One, or if no decision the grievance has not been rendered resolved within 5 ten (five10) days after discussion the date of the grievance he/she may file presentation of the written grievance in writing Level One, the aggrieved person may submit their grievance to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within 10 (ten) days of the Level One response with the superintendent of schools.

Level Two. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within 5 five (five5) school days after discussion presentation of the grievance he/she grievance, the employee may file the grievance in writing with the Association within 10 five (ten5) school days of after the decision at Level One response with the superintendent of schools.or ten

Level Two. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her his grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within 5 fourteen (five14) calendar days after discussion presentation of the grievance, a grievance he/she may file the grievance be filed in writing within 10 (ten) days to the Superintendent of the Level One response with the superintendent of schoolsschool.

Level Two. (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her this grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within 5 five (five5) school days after discussion presentation of the grievance he/she grievance, he may file the grievance in writing with the Association within 10 five (ten5) school days of after the decision at Level One response with or ten (10) school days after the superintendent of schools.grievance was presented, whichever is sooner. Within five

Level Two. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within 5 five (five5) school days after discussion presentation of the grievance grievance, he/she may file the his/her grievance in writing to the principal on the forms provided. The principal shall communicate his/her decision, with reasons, to the employee within 10 five (ten5) school days of receipt of the Level One response with the superintendent of schoolswritten grievance.

Level Two. If In the event the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her the grievance at Level One, or if no decision the grievance has not been rendered resolved within 5 ten (five10) calendar days after discussion the date of presentation of the written grievance heat Level One, the aggrieved person may submit his/she may file her grievance to the grievance in writing Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within 10 (ten) days of the Level One response with the superintendent of schools.twenty-eight

Level Two. If In the event that the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if in the event that no decision has been rendered within 5 five (five5) school days after discussion the presentation of the grievance grievance, he/she may file the grievance in writing within 10 (ten) days of the Level One response with the superintendent of schoolsAssociation or its representative within five (5) school days after the decision at Level One, or lack thereof, at Level One.

Level Two. (a) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her his grievance at Level Onelevel one, or if no decision has been rendered within 5 five (five5) school days after discussion of the grievance he/she he may file the grievance in writing with the principal. Such a filing shall occur within 10 ten (ten10) school days after discussion of the Level One response grievance with the superintendent of schoolsprincipal.

Level Two. a. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no a decision has not been rendered within 5 ten (five10) school days after discussion presentation of the grievance grievance, he/she may file the grievance in writing within 10 (ten) days with the Chairperson of the PR&R Committee within five (5) school days after the decision at Level One response with One, or fifteen (15) school days after the superintendent of schools.grievance was presented, whichever is sooner. Level Two. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within 5 five (five5) school days after discussion presentation of the grievance grievance, he/she may file the grievance in writing within 10 (ten) days of the Level One response with the superintendent Association for review with a duplicate copy to the Superintendent of schools.Schools within five

Level Two.
