Mass Notification Operator—Users of this role can send predefined notification templates and can manage active notifications.   • Hours of Access Services are generally accessible twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, except that the Services may be inaccessible for a reasonable period on a daily basis for system maintenance. We are not liable under this Agreement for failure to provide access due to a system failure or due to other unforeseen acts.

  • Rights of Access The employee shall be given access to copies of all materials supporting the proposed action and shall be provided with copies upon request.

  • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO.   • Service Level Expectations Without limiting any other requirements of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall meet or exceed the following standards, policies, and guidelines:

  • EU Access SAP will use only European Subprocessors to provide support requiring access to Personal Data in the Cloud Service and SAP shall not export Personal Data outside of the EEA or Switzerland unless expressly authorized by Customer in writing (e-mail permitted) on a case by case basis; or as excluded under Section 9.4.
