Common use of Liability for Property Damage Clause in Contracts

Liability for Property Damage. 18.1 The Participant will remain financially liable for any damage that occurs to the property of Focus while the property is in the possession or control of the Participant. 18.2 This clause 18 also applies to damage to any residence or accommodation provided by Focus to the Participant under any Occupancy Agreement.
