LIABILITY REPORT Clause Samples

The Liability Report clause requires one party to provide a detailed account of any incidents, damages, or losses that may give rise to liability under the agreement. Typically, this involves submitting a written report within a specified timeframe after an event occurs, outlining the nature of the incident, the parties involved, and any potential consequences. By formalizing the process for reporting liabilities, this clause ensures transparency and timely communication, helping both parties manage risks and respond appropriately to potential claims.
