Library Resources. The District shall budget forty thousand dollars ($40,000) for the purchase of library resources. Allocations shall be made to schools on the basis of FTE students. This provision shall not infringe upon the decision making authority of each staff to determine the distribution and expenditure of funds. The District will adjust this amount whenever the district enrollment increases by more than five percent (5%).

Section Nine‌‌ American School of Professional Psychology Programs Responding to the needs of those in the community who wish to pursue a career in clinical psychology, Argosy University has established a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology program. The Master of Arts (MA) degree presents students with the opportunity for training as professionals in the mental health field. This program serves several purposes. First, it introduces students to basic clinical skills that enable them to serve the mental health needs of populations with diverse backgrounds. Students who use the master’s degree as a means of entering a professional career receive theoretical background and professional training under the supervision of a highly qualified, practitioner-oriented faculty. The graduates of this program are then able to apply theoretical and clinical knowledge to individuals and groups in need of mental healthcare. Second, the Master of Arts degree often serves as a preliminary step to the doctorate degree. For these students, the program serves as a foundation for work beyond the master’s degree level and enables them to determine their interest in, and suitability for, the pursuit of more advanced study. Library Resources. MCCC shall provide the BSCE Program and NJIT Course students with access to available MCCC library resources, without additional charge to the students or NJIT, subject to MCC’s library use policies and procedures. Students enrolled in NJIT courses at MCCC will also have full access to the NJIT library resources at NJIT’s main campus. Most of these resources are digitally available and thus, remotely accessible. Should these students wish to visit and use the library facilities on the NJIT main campus, they will have the same privileges with NJIT students in programs offered at the NJIT main campus.

By upgrading library technologies and computers, the project was able to provide access to the most current research in the field and improve research capacity.
