Common use of License and Not a Lease Clause in Contracts

License and Not a Lease. This Agreement is not to be construed as in any way granting to Licensee any leasehold or other real property interest in the Premises, it being intended that this Agreement merely grants to Licensee this Agreement to enter upon and use the Premises during the Term in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof and shall not be deemed to grant to Licensee a leasehold or other real property interest in the Premises.

License and Not a Lease. This Agreement is not to be construed as as, in any way way, granting to Licensee any leasehold or other real property interest as a tenant in the Premises, it being Licensed Area. It is intended that for this Agreement to merely grants grant to Licensee this Agreement a license to enter upon and use the Premises during the Term Licensed Area in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof and shall not be deemed to grant to Licensee a leasehold or other real property interest in the PremisesLicensed Area.
