Common use of License Restrictions Clause in Contracts

License Restrictions. You shall not: (a) copy the Application, except as expressly permitted by this license; (b) modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the Application; (c) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Application or any part thereof; (d) remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notices from the Application, including any copy thereof; (e) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Application, or any features or functionality of the Application, to any third party for any reason, including by making the Application available on a network where it is capable of being accessed by more than one device at any time; or (f) remove, disable, circumvent, or otherwise create or implement any workaround to any copy protection, rights management, or security features in or protecting the Application.

License Restrictions. You shall not: (a) copy the Applicationa Product, except as expressly permitted by this license; (b) modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the Applicationa Product; (c) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Application a Product or any part thereof; (d) remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notices from the Applicationa Product, including any copy thereof; (e) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Applicationa Product, or any features or functionality of the Applicationa Product, to any third party for any reason, including by making the Application such Product available on a network where it is capable of being accessed by more than one device at any time; or (f) remove, disable, circumvent, or otherwise create or implement any workaround to any copy protection, rights management, or security features in or protecting the Applicationa Product.

You Licensee (“User”) shall not: (a) copy the Application, except as expressly permitted by this license; (b) modify, translate, adapt, adapt or otherwise create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the Application; (c) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, decode or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Application or any part thereof; (d) remove, delete, alter, alter or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, patent or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notices from the Application, including any copy thereof; (e) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, transfer or otherwise make available the Application, Application or any features or functionality of the Application, to any third party for any reason, including by making the Application available on a network where it is capable of being accessed by more than one device at any time; or (f) remove, disable, circumvent, circumvent or otherwise create or implement any workaround to any copy protection, rights management, management or security features in or protecting the Application.

You Customer shall not: (a) copy the ApplicationSoftware, except as expressly permitted by this license; (b) modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the ApplicationSoftware; (c) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Application Software or any part thereof; (d) remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notices from the ApplicationSoftware, including any copy thereof; (e) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the ApplicationSoftware, or any features or functionality of the ApplicationSoftware, to any third third-party for any reason, including by making the Application Software available on a network where it is capable of being accessed by more than one device at any time; or (f) remove, disable, circumvent, or otherwise create or implement any workaround to any copy protection, rights management, or security features in or protecting the ApplicationSoftware.

Company is not responsible for third-party agreements to which you are bound. You warrant that your use of the Application complies with applicable third-party terms to which you have agreed to be bound, such as a data limitation in your mobile telephone subscriber plan.

You shall not: : (a) copy the ApplicationApp, except as expressly permitted by this license; these Terms of Service; (b) modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the Application; App; (c) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Application App or any part thereof; ; (d) remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notices from the ApplicationApp, including any copy thereof; ; (e) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the ApplicationApp, or any features or functionality of the ApplicationApp, to any third party for any reason, including by making the Application App available on a network where it is capable of being accessed by more than one device at any time; or or (f) remove, disable, circumvent, or otherwise create or implement any workaround to any copy protection, rights management, or security features in or protecting the ApplicationApp.

You shall not: (a) copy the ApplicationPlatform, except as expressly permitted by this license; (b) modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the ApplicationPlatform; (c) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Application Platform or any part thereof; (d) remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notices from the ApplicationPlatform, including any copy thereof; (e) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the ApplicationPlatform, or any features or functionality of the ApplicationPlatform, to any third party for any reason, including by making the Application Platform available on a network where it is capable of being accessed by more than one device at any time; or (f) remove, disable, circumvent, or otherwise create or implement any workaround to any copy protection, rights management, or security features in or protecting the ApplicationPlatform.
