Common use of License to Customer Clause in Contracts

License to Customer. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable (except with respect to User Sublicenses), revocable license during the Term for Customer to access and use the Licensed Materials solely for Customer’s internal business purposes to access and use the Licensed Materials during the Term pursuant to the Software Terms of Use located at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. All rights with respect to the Licensed Materials not explicitly granted herein are reserved to Company.
