Named Users. Contractor’s hosted solution will provide an unlimited number of individual named accounts, assigned to either the LAR-IAC master account or a Sub- Organization. Each of these accounts can save its session and then return in the future to continue working. Contractor will track the number of individuals logged in, and be able to limit the total number of concurrent users logged in. There will be a globally configured timeout for users that are not active.
Named Users. The Products may be accessed and used by up to the maximum number of Named Users included in Customer’s subscription. Customer will not make the Products or Resources available to anyone other than its Named Users. Sharing or pooling a Named User’s access among multiple individuals to allow for temporary use by multiple users is strictly prohibited. Customer may, however, permanently replace a Named User with another individual as long as the number of Named Users does not exceed the number of Named Users purchased. If Customer exceeds, or wishes to increase, the number of Named Users using a Product, additional fees will apply.
Named Users. Each “5 Additional Users” SKU is for five (5) additional Named Users for the stated Library. A “Library” is a bundle of specific, related training concepts. A “Named User” is an employee or independent contractor of Customer for which Customer has provided Workday a valid name and e-mail address through the Workday Customer Center, thereby authorizing Workday to provide LOD access to such individual. Workday shall assign each Named User a password granting the Named User access to the applicable LOD library. Customer’s Training Coordinator may update the list of Named Users from time to time. Each Named User may access all of the LOD content within the specified Library(ies) during the Order Term.
Named Users. If the Licence is a Named User Licence as listed on the Quote:
(i) In the event that a particular Customer User no longer requires access to the Application, Customer may permanently reassign that license to another Customer User. When Customer reassigns a license from one Customer User to another, Customer must block access and remove any related software from the former Customer User’s device.
(ii) Customer agrees that each Licence granted to Customer will only be used by a single named user at all times, and not by multiple individuals. Customer agrees to ensure all Customer Users do not, share or disseminate credentials for Named User Licences for use by multiple individuals. Customer agrees that any use of a Named User Licence by multiple individuals (as RIB may determine, in its absolute discretion) entitles RIB to charge Customer additional fees, which may constitute or include fees equal to further Named User Licences
Named Users. Subscriber shall ensure that only named Users access or use the Subscription and that each named User is a unique person. Use of a non-iCIMS intermediate user interface, portal, or page to aggregate data, information, or actions from multiple individuals or users into the Programs will be deemed separate named Users under this Agreement. Further, sharing of usernames and/or passwords for access to the Subscription is prohibited and Subscriber shall be responsible for its Users misuse of any usernames or passwords to access the Subscription.
Named Users. ATMI agrees to establish and maintain records of the identities of Named Users and changes thereto, and to make such records available to IM upon request.
