Software Upgrades Clause Samples

Software Upgrades. All Software Releases (including all Error corrections made available pursuant to this Agreement) that RSA in its sole discretion: (a) deems to be logical improvements to the Software; (b) make generally available to all licensees of the Software; and (c) does not separately price or market.

Software Upgrades. New versions of iOS and installed apps are made available in the App Store. Students are allowed to update installed apps; however, it is suggested that students wait for an official notice from the IT department before upgrading to a major version of iOS (e.g. iOS 14 to iOS 15)

Software Upgrades. Upgrade versions of licensed software/apps are available from time to time. Students may be required to check in their devices for periodic updates and synching.

Software Upgrades. Customer acknowledges that PenSoft provides the Hosting Service in a shared environment and accordingly PenSoft will determine if and when to upgrade

Software Upgrades. ‌ Upgrade versions of licensed software are available from time to time. Students may be instructed to upgrade their software from the school’s network periodically, although most updates and upgrades will take place automatically.

Software Upgrades. If this copy of the Software is an upgrade from an earlier version of the Software, you must: (i) possess a valid full license of an earlier version of the Software used to upgrade to this upgrade copy ii) have your License covered by a Maintenance contract, in order to install and/or use this upgrade copy. You may NOT continue to use each earlier version copy of the Software to which this upgrade copy relates. The software upgrade is considered as new Software and subject to the general terms of this Agreement or the End User License Agreement that accompanies the upgrade.

Software Upgrades. Software Upgrades consist of new product releases which are issued periodically and may include new functionality, enhancements, and bug fixes. Software Upgrades are provided only for standard hardware platforms and operating systems supported by COMSPOC as described in the Documentation. Software Upgrades will apply only to unmodified Software and commercially released updated versions of the Software. You are responsible for making or arranging for updates to interfaces for nonstandard devices or custom applications. Software Upgrades are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the then current and applicable COMSPOC Software License Agreement, available on COMSPOC’s website at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/sla or with the deliverable Software or upon request. All major product releases and maintenance releases will be made available and may be shipped directly to you, upon request by contacting your COMSPOC point of contact or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. You may upgrade to the latest product version at any time during the term of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement. If you opt not to renew the Annual Support and Upgrade Agreement, You have 60 days from the end of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement term to upgrade to the latest product version available prior to the end of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement term. If You request an upgrade beyond this 60-day period, You will be required to renew the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement in order to upgrade to the latest product version.

Software Upgrades. Swisslog shall make available to Customer’s, who are Current with their account, annual Software Upgrades, to the latest Software version as made available by Swisslog throughout the term of this Agreement. In order to obtain such Software Upgrade it shall be the responsibility of the Customer to initiate a request once notified of the release.

Software Upgrades. Xenogen will provide to IRM and Permitted Users, without charge, any upgrades to the Software (“Software Upgrades”) that Xenogen makes available to third parties.
