License to Customer. Subject to the restrictions and limitations set forth in this Section and elsewhere in this Agreement, Vendor hereby grants to Customer a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license, during the Term, to enable Authorized Users to access and use the Services through the Customer Interface subject and according to the terms of this Agreement solely for the Authorized Users’ internal use in the regular course of Customer’s operations.
