Common use of License to Occupy Clause in Contracts

License to Occupy. For purpose of this Agreement, “Space” means Webberstop India Private Limited ’s premises where Customer’s hardware, software and data are stored and operated, meaning thereby that Webberstop India Private Limited grants to Customer a non-exclusive license to occupy the Space but Customer has not been granted any other right or interest in the Space.
