License to Use. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, ISC grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, fully paid up, worldwide, irrevocable, license to use the Software in support of the Products internally and externally, as described in section 3 (PROFESSIONAL LICENSE). It is agreed that in exchange for the license set forth herein, You will pay a license fee. The Software is licensed, not sold.
