Licensed Methods Sample Clauses

The "Licensed Methods" clause defines the specific processes, techniques, or methodologies that are covered under a license agreement. It typically outlines which methods the licensee is permitted to use, develop, or commercialize, often by referencing patents, technical documentation, or detailed descriptions. By clearly specifying the scope of permissible methods, this clause helps prevent disputes over unauthorized use and ensures both parties understand the boundaries of the licensed technology.
