Licensed Professionals Sample Clauses

The 'Licensed Professionals' clause establishes that certain services or tasks under the agreement must be performed by individuals or entities holding the appropriate professional licenses or certifications. In practice, this means that work such as engineering, architecture, or legal services must be carried out by professionals who are duly licensed in the relevant jurisdiction, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. This clause serves to protect both parties by ensuring that only qualified professionals perform specialized work, thereby reducing legal risks and ensuring the quality and legitimacy of the services provided.
