Licensed Software Updates. During the applicable Limited Warranty Period, SONIFI shall provide Updates to Company, at no additional charge to Company, at approximately the same time SONIFI makes such Updates generally and commercially available to its other licensees, subject to any equipment compatibility requirements, the commercial availability of Updates from applicable hardware manufacturers and suppliers or their licensors, and Company’s compliance with its contractual commitments to SONIFI. Licensed Software Updates. Company agrees to permit SONIFI and its licensors to update, upgrade, bug fix, error correct and patch Licensed Software on a regular basis or as otherwise needed. Company’s VMC must run a version of SONIFI’s Licensed Software (a) that is not more than one generation behind SONIFI’s then-current commercially available version of Licensed Software, or (b) that is not more than one year old, whichever version is most recent. Any failure by Company to comply with this Paragraph 1.8.2 may result in the diminishment or loss STAYCAST Platform functionality, or in termination of the Agreement. SONIFI shall not be liable or responsible for any diminishment or loss of STAYCAST Platform functionality or ▇▇▇ Services attributable Company’s breach of this Paragraph 1.8.2.
Licensed Software Updates. As permanent solutions are developed for known Errors in the Licensed Software, they will be incorporated from time to time in planned Updates. Cloudhouse will make such Updates available to Customer as they are released. Cloudhouse will also provide instructions and/or documentation that Cloudhouse considers reasonably necessary to assist in the installation of the Update and a smooth transition to use the Update. As part of the support process, in order to resolve a Problem, Cloudhouse may require Customer to upgrade the Licensed Software to the most current release. In the event Cloudhouse, in its discretion, revises the appropriate Documentation, Cloudhouse will make such Update available to Customer at no additional charge in electronic form via Cloudhouse’s on-line knowledge base as it becomes available. Cloudhouse will provide on-line access to the on- line knowledge base to Designated Support Contacts throughout the Subscription Term.

Licensed Software Updates. Licensor shall make available to Licensee each release of the Licensed Software that it makes generally available without additional charge to its maintenance customers for such Licensed Software and which is intended to replace a prior Licensed Software release.
Licensed Software Updates. Ensure that the Licensed Software is fully upgraded to the latest version of the Licensed Software made available by Supplier, and that all available Licensed Software and security updates are installed.
Licensed Software Updates. “Licensed Software Updates” or “Updates” means future updates to and new versions and releases of the Licensed Software that during the Term BWH delivers to Licensee. Licensed Software Updates may include “Fixes” (as defined above) and “New Releases” (i.e., updates, new versions and releases of the Licensed Software). Licensed Software Updates also include all other modifications, enhancements, or additions of or to the Licensed Software that BWH makes available to Licensee under the On-Premises License (for installation and use).
