Licensee and its Affiliated. Companies shall comply with all Updates to the Zhaga Logo, and the Zhaga Logo Guidelines, and all Minor Updates of the Approved Zhaga Specifications within one- hundred and eighty (180) days after written notice by the LLA specifying such Update or Minor Updates, or within such longer period as specified by the LLA in such notice (“date of withdrawal”), provided that (a) Product Types certified before the date of withdrawal, and Product Types that are Substantially Similar, need not be re-tested and/or re-certified; and
