Consulting Sample Clauses

The Consulting clause defines the terms under which consulting services are provided by one party to another. It typically outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and compensation for the consultant, as well as any confidentiality or intellectual property considerations. By clearly establishing the expectations and responsibilities of both parties, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that the consulting relationship operates smoothly and efficiently.
