LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND INSURABILITY. Section 1. Commercial Driver's License. Each employee at any time occupying a bargaining unit position for which federal, state, or local law requires (or may in the future require) a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) must possess a valid CDL as a condition of his employment. The total renewal fee for any employee required to maintain a CDL certification shall be reimbursable by the Employer.
