Licenses, Permits and Certificates. Retail Business Manager and the Practice shall each obtain and maintain in effect, at all times during the term of this Retail Business Management Agreement, all licenses, permits and certificates required by law which are applicable to the performance of their respective obligations pursuant to this Retail Business Management Agreement.
