Common use of Licenses, Permits and Certificates Clause in Contracts

Licenses, Permits and Certificates. The Lessee shall obtain and maintain throughout the Term of this Agreement, all necessary licenses, permits and certificates, as maybe required by law, any third-party agencies or the Lessor, from time to time. The Lessee shall provide copies of the applicable licenses, permits, and certificates prior to the Commencement Date, and annually thereafter, or at such other times as may be requested by the Lessor.
