Licensing Issues. Executive represents to the Employer that he has received such licenses as may be required pursuant to the Nation-State Gaming Compact between the Seneca Nation of Indians and the State of New York (the "Compact") and/or the Nation's or the Employer's gaming ordinances as in effect on the date hereof, as may be necessary to enable him to engage in his employment hereunder. Executive will maintain such licenses in good standing as a pre-condition of his employment by the Employer.

Employee agrees to timely apply for any license(s) and background investigations as may be required under applicable law and as may be necessary to enable him to engage in his employment hereunder. The Authority or the Casino shall pay all costs associated with such licensing and backgrounding. Employee will maintain all gaming licenses and suitability determinations in good standing as a continuing condition of his employment under this Agreement, and shall notify the Tribal Gaming Commission (“TGA”) of any information that is material to, or a change from, any information sought or contained in his Tribal gaming license application or his suitability in general for a gaming license, and shall do so as soon as possible after such information is known to Employee.

Employee agrees to timely apply for any license(s) as may be required pursuant to the Compact, the Tribe's gaming ordinances or otherwise required by law, as may be necessary to enable him to engage in his employment hereunder. The Tribe shall pay all costs associated with licensing. Employee will maintain such licenses in good standing as a continuing condition of his employment by Tribe.

The business must show that it has ownership or a valid lease of its own defined and recognisable premises. Licensing Issues. The Venue and its surrounding site is a Licensed Premises for the following activities within prescribed hours and within the period(s) booked by the Hirer: sport, dancing, plays, films and supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises. The Committee's authorised representative must be informed of any changes in the type or hours of any regular Hirer's activities. It is an offence for: • a person under 18 to consume alcohol on licensed premises; • a person to knowingly allow the consumption of alcohol on licensed premises by a person aged under 18; • a person to obtain or attempt to obtain alcohol for consumption on those premises by a person who is drunk; • a person who is drunk or disorderly to fail to leave licensed premises when requested to do so or to attempt to enter having been requested to leave; • disorderly conduct to be allowed on the licensed premises; • a Constable or authorised person to be obstructed from entering premises to investigate whether licensable activities are taking place as authorised; and • unlicensed activities to take place on the licensed premises.
