Licensor Warranty. The Licensor warrants to the Licensee that, as of the date hereof, the Licensor has the right to license the Licensed Marks to the Licensee, and that there are no conflicting claims to, or registrations by any third party of, the Licensed Marks in the Licensed Areas.
