Common use of Lien Search Clause in Contracts

Lien Search. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a Lien search (including a search as to judgments, pending litigation, bankruptcy and tax matters) made against each Credit Party as deemed necessary by the Administrative Agent, indicating among other things that its assets are free and clear of any Lien except for Liens permitted hereunder.
