Common use of LIGHT BULBS Clause in Contracts

LIGHT BULBS. Burned out light bulbs are to be replaced and not to exceed (60 ▇▇▇▇▇). If there is already compact florescent light (CFL) in fixture and it is burned out, tenant is to replace that bulb with a (CFL) bulb at his or her expense. BPM would like to request that all tenants replace blown-out incandescent light bulbs with (CFL) bulbs. Vanity bulbs however are to be replaced with similar vanity bulbs at Tenant’s expense.
