Limitation on Project Co’s Remedies Clause Samples

The "Limitation on Project Co’s Remedies" clause defines and restricts the types of legal or contractual actions that Project Co can take in response to breaches or issues arising under the agreement. Typically, this clause will specify that Project Co may only pursue certain remedies, such as claiming damages up to a capped amount, seeking specific performance, or requesting limited forms of relief, while excluding others like termination or consequential damages. By setting these boundaries, the clause provides certainty for both parties, manages risk exposure, and prevents Project Co from seeking excessive or unforeseen remedies that could disrupt the contractual balance.
