Limitation on Right of Company to Extend Interest Payment Period. The Company agrees not to exercise its right under Section 4.01(b) of the Original Indenture to extend the interest payment period for the Debentures for up to 60 months until the Additional Payment has been paid in full. The Company also agrees that no extended interest payment period shall extend beyond the stated maturity date or redemption date of the Series B Debentures.
