Limitation on Usage. Personal leave cannot be used during the first five (5) days and the last five (5) days of school without permission of the Superintendent. However, the approval or denial of such requests shall be at the Superintendent’s sole and exclusive discretion and shall not be subject to the Grievance Procedure.
