LIMITATIONS RELATED TO DAILY AND HOURLY CAPACITY Sample Clauses

The 'Limitations Related to Daily and Hourly Capacity' clause sets boundaries on the amount of work or service that can be provided within specific daily or hourly periods. Typically, this clause will specify maximum allowable hours per day or per week, or cap the number of units or tasks that can be completed in a given timeframe. For example, it may restrict a contractor to working no more than 8 hours per day or delivering a set number of products per shift. The core function of this clause is to manage expectations, prevent overwork or overuse of resources, and ensure compliance with labor regulations or operational constraints.
