Common use of Limited Data Sets Clause in Contracts

Limited Data Sets. If and to the extent specified in the MSA or authorized in writing by the Privacy Officers of EOHHS and CCA, Contractor may use PI to create limited data sets (as defined in 45 CFR §164.514(e)(2)) for MassIT (including for CCA or EOHHS) in accord with the standards set forth in 45 CFR §164.514. Contractor’s use of PI to create a limited data set shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the terms of Section 3.1).

Limited Data Sets. If and to the extent specified in the MSA Professional Services Agreement or authorized in writing by the Privacy Officers Officer of EOHHS and CCAOptum, Contractor may use PI to create limited data sets (as defined in 45 CFR §164.514(e)(2)) for MassIT Optum (including for MassIT, CCA or EOHHS) in accord with the standards set forth in 45 CFR §164.514. Contractor’s use of PI to create a limited data set shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the terms of Section 3.1).
