Common use of Limited Scope Clause in Contracts

Limited Scope. The Project is limited to roadway resurfacing along the Project location. The Project roadway resurfacing may include all eligible items as defined above. Roadway resurfacing does not include such non-eligible items as defined above and any other items deemed non-eligible by the Secretary. The City will be responsible for construction of any traffic signal and/or sidewalk improvements that are necessary to comply with the American Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and its implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 35, regardless of whether such improvements are deemed non-eligible/non-participating bid items by the Secretary for reimbursement purposes.
