Common use of Limited Technical Support Clause in Contracts

Limited Technical Support. You acknowledge and agree that technical support will be provided to You by the reseller from whom You purchased the Software. If, after requesting technical support, the Software does not install substantially in accordance with the Documentation, the entire liability of Licensor and Your exclusive remedy will be limited to either, at Licensor’s option, replacement of the Software or refund of the license fee You paid for the Software.
