Limited-Use Vendor Sample Clauses

The Limited-Use Vendor clause restricts a vendor’s ability to provide goods or services to a specific, narrowly defined scope or for a particular project. In practice, this means the vendor may only supply products or perform services for a designated department, event, or timeframe, and is not authorized for broader or ongoing engagements with the client. This clause helps organizations control vendor relationships, prevent unauthorized expansion of services, and manage costs by ensuring vendors are only used for approved purposes.
