Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention. (a) The Province and Summer Company Provider do not use or disclose Personal Information for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with the express consent of the Participant or his/her Guarantor, or as required or permitted by law. (b) The Province retains Personal Information as long as necessary to fulfill the Summer Company Initiative’s requirements, or as required by law.
