Line Splitting – UNE-L. In the event <<customer_short_name>> provides its own switching or obtains switching from a third party, <<customer_short_name>> may engage in line splitting arrangements with another CLEC using a splitter, provided by <<customer_short_name>>, in a Collocation Space at the central office where the loop terminates into a distribution frame or its equivalent.
