List of Current Sub-processors and Notification of New Sub-processors. Area 1 Security shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors for the Services identified in Appendix 3 of the Standard Contractual Clauses attached hereto. Such Sub-processor lists shall include the identities of those Sub-processors and their country of location (“Infrastructure and Sub-processor Documentation”). Customer may find on Area 1 Security’s Trust and Compliance webpage (also accessible via ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇ 1 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ under the “Trust and Compliance Documentation” link) the Infrastructure and Sub-processor Documentation as well as a mechanism to subscribe to notifications of new Sub-processors for each applicable Service, to which Customer shall subscribe, and if Customer subscribes, Area 1 Security shall provide notification of a new Sub-processor(s) before authorizing any new Sub-processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services.

Any updates to the Sub-processor List will be communicated to the Customer using the contact details provided in Attachment 1.

List of Current Sub-processors and Notification of New Sub-processors. Braintree shall make available to Merchant a current list of Sub-processors for the respective Services with the identities of those Sub-processors (“Sub-processor List”). The Sub-processor List is included in Attachment 2 to this Addendum. Where a Sub-processor is proposed to be changed Braintree shall provide prior notice by email to Merchant before implementing such change

List of Current Sub-processors and Notification of New Sub-processors. A current list of Sub- processors engaged by VTEX for the provision of the Services, including the identities of those Sub- processors and their country of location, is available in APPENDIX 1 to this DPA. Such list may be updated and will remain accessible via ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/us-en/privacy-and-agreements/subprocessors/ (“Sub-processor List”). VTEX shall maintain an updated List of the Sub-processors before authorised to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services.

Customer may receive notifications of new Sub-processors and updates to existing Sub- processors by subscribing for updates and if a Customer contact subscribes, FF shall provide the subscriber with notification of new Sub-processor(s) before authorizing such new Sub-processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services (“Updated Sub-processor List”).

Such Sub-processor lists shall include the identities of those Sub-processors and their country of location (“Sub-processor Documentation”). Customer may find on Basecamp’s webpage at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/about/policies/privacy/regulations the Sub-processor Documentation. Basecamp, through notification to the Customer shall provide notification of a new Sub-processor(s) before authorizing any new Sub- processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services.

List of Current Sub-processors and Notification of New Sub-processors. 5.2.1 As of the Effective Date Customer hereby grants Processor general written authorization to engage with the Sub-processors set out at www.CDS/terms/subprocessors (“Sub-processor’s Page”), which are currently used by Processor to process Personal Data. 5.2.2 The Sub-processor Page offers a mechanism to subscribe to notifications of the engagement of new and the replacement of existing Sub-processors (“Sub-processor Notice”) and Customer acknowledges that it shall subscribe to this mechanism upon entering this DPA and that the notifications sent through this mechanism fulfils the Processor’s obligations to notify Customer of the appointment of a new or replacement of an existing Sub-processor.
