Common use of List of Inventions Clause in Contracts

List of Inventions. Pursuant to Section 2(a) of this Agreement, below is a list of my prior inventions and original works of authorship. In the event, as a result of my work for the Company, the Company would infringe any intellectual property right of mine listed in Section 8 hereof, the Company shall automatically have a royalty free, nonexclusive license throughout the work including the right to grant and sublicense to the extent necessary to permit the Company to use and to enjoy all the resulting product of such work of mine to the fullest extent, unless, prior to initiating any such work, I obtain the waiver, in writing, of the Company, by an officer of the Company waiving the Company's license in such instance.
