Lists of Holders. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, semi annually, not more than 15 days after each May 15 and November 15 but in any event at least three Business Days before June 1 and December 1 in each year beginning with June 1, 2018, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Company of any such request (or such lesser time as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to enable it to timely provide any notice to be provided by it hereunder), a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders as of a date not more than 15 days (or such other date as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to so provide any such notices) prior to the time such information is furnished, except that no such list need be furnished so long as the Trustee is acting as Note Registrar.
