Common use of Lists of Holders Clause in Contracts

Lists of Holders. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, (i) if and at all such times when Special Interest is payable on the Notes pursuant to this Indenture not more than 15 days after each March 1 and September 1 in each year (if Special Interest is then payable as set forth hereunder) beginning with March 1, 2026, and (ii) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Company of any such request (or such lesser time as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to enable it to timely provide any notice to be provided by it hereunder), a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders as of a date not more than 15 days (or such other date as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to so provide any such notices) prior to the time such information is furnished, except that no such list need be furnished so long as the Trustee is acting as Note Registrar.

Lists of Holders. The At any time any Notes are held as Physical Notes, each of the Company and the Reference Entity covenants and agrees that it will use commercially reasonable efforts to furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, (i) if and at all such times when Special Interest is payable on the Notes pursuant to this Indenture semi-annually, not more than 15 days after each March June 1 and September December 1 in each year (if Special Interest is then payable as set forth hereunder) beginning with March December 1, 20262019, and (ii) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Company of any such request (or such lesser time as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to enable it to timely provide any notice to be provided by it hereunder), a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders as of a date not more than 15 days (or such other date as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to so provide any such notices) prior to the time such information is furnished, except that no such list need shall be required to be furnished by the Company or the Reference Entity so long as the Trustee is acting as Note Registrar.

Lists of Holders. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, (i) if Trustee a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and at all such times when Special Interest is payable on addresses of the Holders of the Notes pursuant to this Section 312 of the Trust Indenture Act: (a) semiannually and not more than 15 days after each March 1 and September 1 in each year the Regular Record Date for any Interest Payment Date; and (if Special Interest is then payable as set forth hereunder) beginning with March 1, 2026, and (iib) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Company of any such request (or such lesser time as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to enable it to timely provide any notice to be provided by it hereunder), a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders ) as of a date not more than 15 days (or such other date as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to so provide any such notices) prior to the time such information is furnished, except provided, that no such list need be furnished if and so long as the Trustee is acting as shall be the Note Registrar, such list shall not be required to be furnished.
