Common use of Lists of Holders Clause in Contracts

Lists of Holders. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders of the Notes pursuant to Section 312 of the Trust Indenture Act: (a) semiannually and not more than 15 days after the Regular Record Date for any Interest Payment Date; and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Company of any such request (or such lesser time as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to enable it to timely provide any notice to be provided by it hereunder) as of a date not more than 15 days (or such other date as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to so provide any such notices) prior to the time such information is furnished, provided, that if and so long as the Trustee shall be the Note Registrar, such list shall not be required to be furnished.
