Live Work Clause Samples
Live Work. Any instructor who accompanies a class onto a job site for Live Work Experiences who does not receive a duty-free lunch on that day shall be permitted to leave 30 minutes early at the end of the student day. In the event that it is not possible for the instructor to leave early due to scheduled meetings, the 30 minutes shall be used on another date by mutual agreement of the instructor and his/her supervisor.
Live Work. Units permitted under the Emeryville Municipal Code Title 9 Chapter 250 4, Article 3, Section 16. Live/Work units shall be deemed Dwelling Units for the purposes of this 251 Agreement.
Live Work. (1) A single-story live/work unit is permitted. However, in a two-story live/work unit, the residential living portion is not permitted on the first floor.
(2) In a mixed-use development or building, a live/work dwelling is considered a non- residential use.
