Common use of Load Balancing Clause in Contracts

Load Balancing. The State routinely load balances across multiple servers, applications that run on the State’s computing environment. The Vendor’s product must be able to be load balanced across multiple servers. Any changes or modifications required to allow the Vendor’s product to be load balanced so that it can operate on the State’s computing environment will be at the Vendor’s expense.
