Common use of Loading Clause in Contracts

Loading. Not to place Tenant's Property, as defined in Section 5.1.8, upon the Premises so as to exceed the floor load limits to be set forth in the Design Documents and not to move any safe, vault or other heavy equipment in, about or out of the Premises except in such manner and at such times as Landlord shall in each instance approve; Tenant's business machines and mechanical equipment which cause vibration or noise that may be detectable outside of the Premises shall be placed or maintained by Tenant in settings of cork, rubber, spring, or other types of vibration or noise eliminators sufficient to reduce such vibration or noise to a level reasonably acceptable to Landlord.
