Local Coordinator Coverage:. A. When the Local Coordinator travels away from the community for 4 days or more, including any AYA-sponsored travel such as the National Meeting, he/she must notify ▇▇▇ and arrange for supervision coverage by another ▇▇▇-approved AYA Local Coordinator, Sponsor Representative, host parent, or community member age 25 or older. B. If ▇▇▇ has not previously approved the individual in that program year, he/she must submit a Background Check Release Form with name and contact information at least one week prior to the coverage period. C. If the Local Coordinator will be absent or unable to effectively supervise for 30 days or more, another Local Coordinator (approved, chosen, vetted, and trained by ▇▇▇) must complete the monthly supervision report and will receive payment for that report.

Related to Local Coordinator Coverage:

  • Local Coordinator Leave The Hospital agrees to grant leaves of absence, without pay, to nurses elected to the position of Local Co-ordinator. Subject to reasonable notice, it is understood and agreed that a Local Co-ordinator shall be granted such leave(s) as she or he may require fulfilling the duties of the position.

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

  • Other Agents; Arrangers and Managers None of the Lenders or other Persons identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as a “syndication agent,” “documentation agent,” “co-agent,” “book manager,” “lead manager,” “arranger,” “lead arranger” or “co-arranger” shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than, in the case of such Lenders, those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Lenders or other Persons so identified shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Lenders or other Persons so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.
